It depends on your country and the study. You see the exact amount before you record, and follow-up studies pay more for longer sessions.
A person on our team reviews your interview, usually within a few days. Once it's approved, the money shows up in the wallet on your dashboard. Withdraw whenever you like: you'll get a one-time link to choose PayPal, Venmo, a bank transfer, or a gift card, depending on your country. Your financial details go to the payout provider, Tremendous, directly. We never see them.
A person reviews every interview. The usual reasons one isn't approved: it wasn't finished, answers were a few words long or off topic, we couldn't hear you over the background, or it was rushed. A quiet room, a working microphone, and honest answers are all it takes.
