Deep Prediction Inc, doing business as Rehearsals (“Rehearsals,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), provides AI-powered research and simulation products. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, retain, and protect information in connection with the Rehearsals research experience and related Rehearsals properties.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to participant data collected through the Rehearsals research website and related participant flows, and to data sharing among Deep Prediction Inc websites and products (including Rehearsals properties) where permitted by law and contract.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
Account and Contact Data: Name, email, phone number, account credentials, and profile preferences.
Interview Data: Interview responses, transcripts, and where applicable audio/video recordings and related metadata.
Optional Linked Data: Social profile links or other information you choose to provide.
Technical and Usage Data: Device/browser information, IP address, cookies and similar technologies, referrer data, and ad attribution signals (for example, UTM parameters and click IDs).
Trust and Safety Data: Signals used to prevent fraud, enforce platform integrity, and verify participants.
Payout Data: Data required to issue rewards, including information shared with payout partners.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve our products and services.
- Run interviews, review quality, and perform automated and human verification for trust and safety.
- Process compensation and rewards.
- Measure and improve campaigns, marketing, and user acquisition.
- Generate insights, summaries, cohorts, and simulation outputs.
- Comply with legal obligations.
Likeness and Replica Rights. Subject to applicable law and our agreements, you grant us and our affiliates broad rights to use, process, transform, and create derivative works from information you provide, including creating and operating synthetic or digital representations derived from interview data, and using those outputs across our products and services.
Third-Party AI Restrictions. We do not permit third-party AI providers to train their generalized models on your data.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information in the following circumstances:
Within Our Company and Properties: We may share data across Deep Prediction Inc entities, websites, and product properties to operate and improve our services.
Business Customers: Business customers receive outputs such as simulation responses, cohort analysis, and de-identified interview quotes. They do not receive raw recordings, direct social profiles, or direct participant PII from the participant research flow.
Service Providers and Subprocessors: We use service providers for infrastructure, communications, analytics, trust and safety, AI tooling, and payouts (including Tremendous). When issuing rewards, payout partners may receive data such as name, email, and phone number needed to deliver payment and comply with financial rules. Our current subprocessors are listed in our trust center at trust.runrehearsals.com.
Advertising and Measurement Partners: We may share limited technical identifiers and event data with ad and measurement partners.
Legal and Transactional Disclosures: We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with corporate transactions.
5. Advertising and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies for analytics, attribution, and performance measurement across Rehearsals research properties. This includes integrations with Meta, LinkedIn, X, and Reddit for campaign measurement and conversion attribution. We do not sell personal information.
Depending on your jurisdiction, certain ad-related disclosures may be treated as “sharing” for advertising purposes under state privacy laws.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide services, comply with law, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
Account Deletion: You can request deletion at any time by deleting your account in-app.
Deletion Timeline: We will delete or de-identify applicable account-linked personal data within up to 90 days of a valid deletion request, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, and backup constraints.
Post-Deletion Outputs: Where permitted by law, we may retain de-identified, aggregated, or otherwise non-identifiable outputs and derivative artifacts.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal information, and to object to certain processing. You may also have rights related to targeted advertising disclosures in certain U.S. states.

8. International Data Transfers
We may process and transfer data in multiple jurisdictions where we or our providers operate, using appropriate safeguards where required by law.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect information, including access controls and security monitoring. No system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
10. Age Requirements
Our services are intended for individuals 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the effective date and, where appropriate, providing additional notice. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
